The word parkade conjures up a certain kind of experience, but The Concord’s parkade is anything but ordinary. A heated entrance ramp keeps the slope into the parade slip-free during the winter while the high-speed insulated entry gate keeps the cold out and the warm in. In the summer, the high-speed gate does just the opposite – keeping the inside cool and comfortable.

The Concord also takes the importance of car care and cleaning into consideration. An automated undercarriage and tire wash is located near the entrance to the parkade to rinse snow, salt and mud off of your vehicle. There are also two choices to keep vehicles clean at The Concord. For those who prefer a quicker approach, a four-cycle touchless warm water car wash is at their disposal. However, if a hands-on approach is preferable, a dedicated car wash bay is available twenty-four hours a day.
